Wounded No More is a faith based, 501c3 non-profit organization, that is focused on bringing supernatural healing and restoration to the mind, body, spirit, and community. We recognize that there is a vital intersection between spiritual and secular needs that is commonly overlooked in communities as well as within the church. We provide services and training at that point of intersection, through supernatural healing of physical and mental injuries, training others to be a positive and transformational force in their cities and communities, serving the local community in as many ways as possible, and teaching others to carry out the same mission. Much of what we do involves working outside of a traditional church construct because we believe in a church without walls that reaches into every walk of life, and every community to passionately share the love God has for all of his creation. We primarily minister to the impoverished and under served residents of Southeast Washington D.C.’s Ward 7 and 8 and also teach in churches and organizations around the nation. Watch this short video to see how we are involved in Washington D.C. and the surrounding region:
Gene and Lauren Lloyd lead the organization as missionaries to Washington D.C. where they have a heart to restore hope to these residents, help them find the purpose for which they were created, and demonstrate that giving of time, talents and treasure should be a part of everyday, no matter where you are in life or circumstance. Their focus is to help people overcome the challenges they have faced in life through a variety of research proven strategies that lead to personal, physical, and spiritual restoration as part of a larger strategy to bring community restoration. They envision a city full of life, free from pain, and restored to wholeness in every neighborhood and community.
Gene and Lauren are both ordained under Randy Clark and the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening, and have partnered with them for spiritual covering, training, and to be in community with other ministries.
